In this subchapter: (1) "Alcoholism program or center" means a public or private alcoholism prevention, intervention, treatment, or rehabilitation program or center. (2) "Department" means the Department of State Health Services. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
