Violations
Ind. Code § 14-25-3-18
in effectSec. 18. A person who violates:
(1) section 6, 11, or 12 of this chapter; or
(2) a rule or order concerning a restricted use area;
commits a Class C infraction. Each day of violation constitutes a separate infraction.
