(10 ILCS 5/2A-37) (from Ch. 46, par. 2A-37) Sec. 2A-37. Library District - Trustee - Time of Election. A trustee of a Library District shall be elected, at the consolidated election in odd-numbered years which immediately precedes the expiration of the term of any incumbent trustee, to succeed each incumbent trustee whose term ends before the following consolidated election.
