67.1571. Minimum wage limitation. — No municipality as defined in section 1, paragraph 2, subsection (9) shall establish, mandate or otherwise require a minimum wage that exceeds the state minimum wage. (L. 1998 H.B. 1636 § 18) (2017) Section is unconstitutional violation of the single subject rule in Art.
