Except as provided by this subchapter, a municipality shall issue bonds for a purpose described by Section 1508.052 , including additional bonds and refunding bonds, in the manner provided by Subchapter B , Chapter 1502 . Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
