Sec. 36. A provider is not required to take legal action to enforce the collection of the 911 fee for which a user is billed. However, the board may initiate a collection action. A court finding for the board in the action may award reasonable costs and attorney fees associated with the collection action. As added by P.L.132-2012, SEC.20.
