Advisory board; membership
Ind. Code § 21-26-2-3
in effectSec. 3. The advisory board consists of the following five (5) members appointed by the governor:
(1) One (1) member who is a resident of Porter County.
(2) One (1) member who is a resident of Newton County.
(3) Three (3) members who are residents of Lake County.
