EVENING AND WEEKEND HEARINGS.
Tex. TAX Code § 41.71.
in effect(a) An appraisal review board by rule shall provide for hearings on protests on a Saturday or after 5 p.m. on a weekday.
(b) The board may not schedule:
(1) the first hearing on a protest held on a weekday evening to begin after 7 p.m.; or
(2) a hearing on a protest on a Sunday.
