(225 ILCS 705/1.20) Sec. 1.20. "Self-contained self-rescue (SCSR) device" means a breathing apparatus that contains a minimum of one hour of oxygen for one person and is approved by the Mine Safety and Health Administration of the U.S. Department of Labor and the Mining Board.
