45-10.2-80. (904) Foreign limited partnership - Filing of certificate of authority application. If the secretary of state finds an application for a certificate of authority conforms to law and all fees have been paid, then the secretary of state shall: 1. Endorse on the application the word "filed" and the date of filing; and 2. File the application and the certificate of good standing or certificate of existence.
