§26–2801.1. In addition to any administrative penalty that may apply, a license holder or an employee of a license holder who violates § 6–304 of this article or § 10–117 of the Criminal Law Article is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 2 years or a fine not exceeding $2,000 or both.
