Nonresident of Missouri may apply for licensure, requirements. — Any nonresident of Missouri who enters the state and intends to provide a service or practice for which a license is required pursuant to sections 334.735 to 334.749 may apply for a license, provided that the applicant meets the requirements imposed by the certifying entity.
