Waiver of deductible or copayment; conditions.
Nev. Rev. Stat. § 449.195
in effectA medical facility shall not waive a deductible or copayment if:
1. The medical facility is not a preferred provider of health care; and
2. The waiver would reduce the financial effect of a preferred providers incentive or disincentive to its insureds.
