in effectThe person in custody of any special account shall make a verified report in writing to the board between the first and tenth of each month showing all of the following for the month next preceding:
(a)
Amount of money received by him for the account in his charge.
(b)
Amount and items of expenditures from the account.
The report shall be filed with the secretary.
