(65 ILCS 5/6-1-2) (from Ch. 24, par. 6-1-2) Sec. 6-1-2. Application of Article 3. The provisions of Article 3 shall apply to all officers elected or appointed under this Article 6 unless otherwise provided or unless there is a conflict between the provisions of this Article 6 and the provisions of Article 3.
