(a) The fire marshal may, at any time of day, enter and inspect: (1) property where a fire has occurred; and (2) property adjacent to where a fire occurred. (b) The fire marshal shall conduct this inspection in a manner least inconvenient to any persons living on the property. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 272, Sec. 5, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
