(60 ILCS 1/135-65) Sec. 135-65. Transfer of funds. When a multi-township cemetery district takes over a cemetery or cemetery authority, the care fund of the cemetery or cemetery authority shall be transferred into the cemetery district fund of the multi-township cemetery district.
