(225 ILCS 63/195) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 195. Violations; penalties. Any person who is found to have violated any provision of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. On conviction of a second or subsequent offense the violator shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony. (Source: P.A. 87-1231.)
