Nev. Rev. Stat. § 279.398
in effectObligee includes any bondholder, his or her trustee, any lessor demising to the agency property used in connection with a redevelopment area or any assignee of all or part of his or her interest, and the Federal Government if it is a party to any contract with the agency.
