(215 ILCS 165/15.2) (from Ch. 32, par. 609.2) Sec. 15.2. No claim shall be denied, under a contract issued or renewed by a voluntary health services plan after the effective date of this amendatory Act, for treatment or services for mental illness rendered in a hospital solely because such hospital lacks surgical facilities.
