24-03-21. Preparation of road maps - Publication of tourist information The commissioner shall prepare for general distribution road maps of the state highway system and other roads as the commissioner determines necessary. Any tourist-oriented material printed on road maps must be prepared by the department of commerce division of tourism at no cost to the department of transportation.
