(20 ILCS 5/5-220) (was 20 ILCS 5/7.07b) Sec. 5-220. Secretary of Human Services. The initial term of the Secretary of Human Services shall run from the date of appointment until January 18, 1999, and until a successor has been appointed and has qualified.
