Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "matchmaker" means a person who, under contract, agreement, or other arrangement with a boxer, acts as a booker, an agent, a booking agent, or a representative to secure: (1) an engagement; or (2) a contract; for the boxer. As added by P.L.113-2010, SEC.11.
