"Food"
Ind. Code § 15-17-2-32
in effectSec. 32. "Food" means the following:
(1) All articles used for food, drink, confectionary, or condiment whether simple, mixed, or compound.
(2) All substances or ingredients used in the preparation of the items described in subdivision (1).
