Mo. Rev. Stat. § 41.940
in effect41.940. Amount of federal benefits to be deducted from state payments — authorization required. — If a member or his dependents receive federal compensation due to an injury or disease which is covered by chapter 287 , the amount of the federal compensation shall be deducted from the amount otherwise due from the state of Missouri. Before any claim is processed pursuant to chapter 287 , a member shall sign an authorization consenting to the release of any information pertaining to federal compensation paid for an injury or disease covered under chapter 287 .
