(a) Nothing in this chapter may be construed to supersede, limit, or otherwise interfere with the provisions set forth in §§ 2322A through 2322F of Title 19 relating to the certification of workers’ compensation health-care providers. (b) A health-care provider that has been certified under Chapter 23 of Title 19 may not be required by a carrier to also be credentialed pursuant to this chapter in order to be reimbursed for services provided pursuant to the workers’ compensation laws.
