(230 ILCS 5/3.11) (from Ch. 8, par. 37-3.11) Sec. 3.11. "Organization licensee" means any person receiving an organization license from the Board to conduct a race meeting or meetings. With respect only to organization gaming, "organization licensee" includes the authorization for an organization gaming license under subsection (a) of Section 56 of this Act.
