No licensee shall engage in the sale of marijuana or marijuana products on the licensed premises of an establishment or marketing or labeling products as marijuana or marijuana products without a decal issued by the Board prominently displayed outside and within such establishment. A licensee violating this section is subject to a civil penalty of $10,000 per day for each day that such decal is not displayed at the establishment in violation of this requirement. 2026, c. 1016 .
