(210 ILCS 47/3-203) Sec. 3-203. Standards for persons with developmental disability or emotional or behavioral disorder. In licensing any facility for persons with a developmental disability or persons suffering from emotional or behavioral disorders, the Department shall consult with the Department of Human Services in developing minimum standards for such persons.
