in effect469.080. Per stirpes transfers. — In the case of a per stirpes distribution or vesting, either under an instrument or by operation of law, a prior or subsequent disclaimer by an individual living at the time of the transfer or vesting does not change the stocks that are to be used as the basis of the division between beneficiaries of succeeding generations.
