(225 ILCS 130/95) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2029) Sec. 95. Order for production of documents. A circuit court, upon application of the Department, may order the attendance and testimony of witnesses and the production of relevant documents, papers, files, books, and records in connection with a hearing or investigation.
