in effect194.105. Disinterment for transport to location outside original cemetery — notice, to whom. — In addition to any records filed pursuant to chapter 193 , any person or owner or operator of any cemetery which removes any body which has been properly buried or interred for transportation to a location outside the original cemetery shall, prior to such disinterment, file notice with the county coroner or county medical examiner.
