6-07.1-12. Records with third parties Each state trust company affiliate, officer, director, manager, managing participant, employee, shareholder, participant, trustee, agent, employee, attorney, attorney in fact, or correspondent shall immediately upon request deliver to the receiver any property, book, record, account, document, or other writing of the state trust company which relates to the business of the state trust company, without cost to the receiver.
