15.136.100 Private toilets. If a private toilet is provided in any cottage, cabin, dwelling house or other building, it must be water-flushed and connected with a sewerage system or septic tank. The room containing such toilet must have a window opening to the outside air and its floor must be constructed of impervious material. (Prior code § 44.05.031)
