(a) A hemp manufacturer who produces industrial hemp products shall comply with this chapter and, to the extent applicable, this part. (b) A hemp manufacturer who produces processed pet food products shall comply with this chapter and Chapter 10 (commencing with Section 113025) of Part 6 and shall follow good manufacturing practices pursuant to those provisions.
