Suspension for nonpayment of renewal fee
Ind. Code § 25-31.5-6-5
in effectSec. 5. If an individual fails to pay the renewal fee within ninety (90) days after the expiration date established by the board under this chapter, the board shall:
(1) suspend the individual's registration under this article; and
(2) delete the individual's name from the roster published under IC 25-31.5-3-7;
until the renewal fee is paid.
