(605 ILCS 5/9-112.5) Sec. 9-112.5. Signs, billboards, and advertising in commuter parking lots. Signs, billboards, and advertising, placed in a publicly owned and operated commuter parking lot servicing public transportation and adjoined on 2 sides by interstate highways, that do not interfere with vehicular or pedestrian traffic, as determined by Department rule, shall not be removed by the Department.
