(a) The board shall adopt rules for the safe movement and operation of mobile service units and the safe dispensing of flammable liquids by mobile service units. (b) A municipality may require a license for the operation of each mobile service unit in the municipality and may charge a reasonable license fee. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
