The Division may finance, through the use of any power conferred on it by this chapter: 1. The acquisition and improvement of real property to be used for rental sites for mobile homes, whether or not the mobile homes are to be financed pursuant to this chapter; and 2. The purchase and installation of equipment and materials to be used in residential dwelling units for conservation of energy or for use of energy from alternative sources, Ê and any related improvements appropriate to any of these purposes.
