(15 ILCS 410/19) (from Ch. 15, par. 456) Sec. 19. Penalties. Except as otherwise provided, any person who willfully violates any provision of this Act or of the rules shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. Each violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. (Source: P.A. 80-1397.)
