(a) After notice and an opportunity for a fair hearing, the department may deny the approval or modify, suspend, or revoke the approval of a person to provide services under this chapter. (b) Notice shall be given and the hearing shall be conducted in accordance with the department's informal hearing procedures. (c) Chapter 2001 , Government Code, does not apply to the notice and hearing required by this section. Amended by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 14, Sec. 8, eff.
