1. The Board may issue an apprentice license to an applicant who has not yet completed a program of education or training approved by the Board pursuant to NRS 637B.193 or passed the examination prescribed pursuant to NRS 637B.194 . 2. An applicant for an apprentice license must provide proof satisfactory to the Board that a sponsor has agreed to assume responsibility for the direct supervision and in-service training of the applicant.
