(a) At an election to approve the issuance of bonds under this subchapter, the commissioners court may submit one or more separate propositions for the issuance of bonds. (b) Each proposition submitted at a bond election under this subchapter may include one or more of the purposes authorized by Section 1477.252 . Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff.
