in effect376.431. Employees or members of unions or associations, group or group-type basis coverage, sections 376.431 to 376.442 to apply. — The provisions of sections 376.431 to 376.442 are applicable to all insurance policies and contracts issued or provided by an insurance company, health services corporation or health maintenance organization on a group or group-type basis covering persons as employees of employers or as members of unions or associations.
