Nev. Rev. Stat. § 427A.906
in effectFacility or service provider means:
1. Any facility or other entity licensed or certified pursuant to chapter 435 , 449 or 449B of NRS.
2. A provider of emergency medical services.
3. A facility for long-term rehabilitation.
4. Any unlicensed establishment that provides food, shelter, assistance and limited supervision to an older person or a vulnerable person.
