15.120.120 Procedure for rezoning. No public hearing before the council or planning and design commission shall be required prior to the adoption of a resolution rezoning the project. No procedural requirements of the Planning and Development Code shall be applicable to such rezonings. (Ord. 2013-0021 § 50; Ord. 2012-004 § 30; prior code § 52.04.402)
