Ind. Code § 27-1-37.5-25
in effectSec. 25. A utilization review entity may not revoke, limit, condition, or restrict an authorization if the health care provider begins providing the health care service not later than forty-five (45) days (excluding weekends and state and federal legal holidays) after the date the health care provider received the authorization.
