"Moving traffic violation"
Ind. Code § 34-6-2.1-129
in effectSec. 129. "Moving traffic violation", for purposes of IC 34-28-5, means a violation of:
(1) a statute defining an infraction; or
(2) an ordinance;
that applies when a motor vehicle is in motion.
