Definition of vehicle. — The word "vehicle" , as used in sections 430.010 to 430.070 , means vehicles drawn by horses and other animals, motor vehicles, and boats or craft used or capable of being used as a means of transport on water. Any machinery used as the principal source of propulsion for a boat or craft is part of or equipment of the boat or craft.
