210 ILCS 145/75
in effect(210 ILCS 145/75) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 8351-75) Sec. 75. Penalties; fines. The Department is empowered to establish and assess penalties or fines against a permit holder for violations of this Act or regulations adopted under this Act. In no circumstance will any penalties or fines exceed $1,000 per day for each day the permit holder remains in violation. (Source: P.A. 87-636.)
